According to media reports, users in Google Crom are going to get “automated password change” feature soon. After this feature comes, as soon as Google Crom comes to know that your password is leaked in a data leak, it will help users in changing the password automatically with the help of AI. Once the password is changed, it will be added to Google Password Manager. Right now the company is testing this feature. After the feedback received from here, it will be rolled out on a large scale.
The feature already existing will be different
A similar feature is currently present in Google Crom. When a password of the user is detected in a data leak, it sends a notification and asks to change the password. Here users also get the option to generate a strong password. However, the new upcoming feature will be slightly different from this. This will work with the help of AI and make this whole process more simple and comfortable.
